A few weeks ago I worked on the Samsung commercial for Super Bowl XLVI. Well, “work” is probably not the right word for it since I mostly danced around to “I Believe in a Thing Called Love” for the 6 days we were on set and got to meet director Bobby Farrelly. If that name sounds familiar, it’s because he’s directed such classics as Kingpin, There’s Something About Mary, and the upcoming Three Stooges.
I was completely on sensory overload with all of the things going on in the commercial. We had EVERYTHING – stunt drivers, a gospel choir, pro skaters, a Victoria’s Secret model, parkourers, a zip liner, and so many more crazy talented people! Here’s a photo of me with Barak Hardley who was shot out of a canon during the commercial.
Isn’t his jumpsuit awesome? So glad that they both made it through the shoot in one piece 🙂
Anyway, here’s the spot. You can see me shopping around in the store wearing a bright purple sweater (of course). Then my thumb got a close up holding a tablet and filming Justin Hawkins rocking out on top of a taxi cab at the end of the spot.
SO. MUCH. FUN!!!
